Head of purchasing and disposition (m/f/d)
Full-time / 4.5 days - week

YOUR TASKS

  • Strategic purchasing: Independent adoption and management of procurement strategies, including planning, implementation and monitoring.

  • Team leadership: Management and development of the ‘Purchasing & Scheduling’ team.

  • Process optimisation: Further development of our purchasing processes for textiles, accessories and workwear.

  • Negotiation and supplier management: Leading price negotiations, conducting supplier audits and contract management.

  • Market analysis: Carrying out international market analyses and integrating supplier innovations.

  • Coordination and monitoring: entire import process for goods and raw materials.

  • Complaints management

  • Interdisciplinary co-operation: Close co-operation with the product development, marketing and sales departments.

  • Product development process: Involvement taking into account time, cost and quality targets.

  • Sustainability initiatives: Promotion of ecological and sustainable practices in purchasing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Completed training in at least one of the following areas: Business Administration, Procurement, Clothing Technology or similar.

  • Professional experience: Experience in purchasing and staff management.

  • Language skills: Excellent German and business fluent English; other languages are a plus.

  • Expertise: Knowledge of customs and import regulations, process and project management an advantage.

Wir schätzen Fachkompetenz und umfangreiche Erfahrung. Für Kandidaten mit mindestens 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung bieten wir ein Anfangsgehalt von mindestens € 4.658,15 brutto. Die tatsächliche Vergütung wird basierend auf Ihren spezifischen Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen festgelegt.
